Goals and Results
Team agrees and set team objectives based on goals and results, not only on the amount of work that is carried out. A clear plan is then drawn up as to how they as a group and each individual contribution will achieve these objectives.
Each team member contributes his fair share of his or her workload and understands his or her duties and their position in the management of the enterprise.
Team members are always happy to help others in the work they need. Teams are often more productive if organizational support and access to necessary resources are also offered.
Usually, a strong team has a Leader they trust and respect. This person works mainly as a glue, holding the team together and is responsible for setting the pace, encouraging and motivating and keeping the team members up-to-date.
